New Landscape. Same Commitment. See your health care provider from the safety of home.

While living through a pandemic is new to us all, some things are not: we remain wholly committed to your care and safety. Whether you need attention for something minor or major, we’ve put in place additional protocols to make sure you feel comfortable and confident every time you walk through our doors. At this time we are limiting the patients we see in the office. We will keep you updated as thing change and evolve. Please understand this may delay the scheduling of your New Patient or Established patient appointments. Keep in contact with your primary care provider, to assist with your care.

Our providers are available to consult with you via phone or video. Call your doctor today.

In these uncertain times, we’re making it easy and safe to talk to your specialty health care provider from your home using Zoom, Doximity, or Teams technology on your smart phone, tablet or computer. Please discuss best way to contact you with your nurse.

  • A telehealth visit allows you and your provider to connect via your electronic device or phone without going to a clinic or hospital for an appointment.
  • During your consultation, your provider can talk to you about your health concerns, work on a care plan, and if needed, provide a prescription order while you remain safe in your home.
  • A telehealth visit is the same cost as your standard office visit co-pay.

If you prefer or need to talk to your provider by phone, this is an option as well. Please call 360-413-8121 opt. 3

As always, we appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns your nurse is always ready, willing, and just a phone call away.

Stay Safe!

WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY

We love Julie! She has been totally honest with Chet since he first met with her. She’s helped him lower his BP and has pretty much talked him into having the decompression surgery…Thank you!
